Competition for a feasibility study of the Matze

The project responds to the desire to construct the Matze as an islet. The volume has been extruded to increase the habitable surface area. The final building is composed of three compact volumes located at the corners of the lot centered around a common void. The void cuts the facades at street level to increase and improve the common meeting areas.
